Export your data or delete your account.

Accessing Data Settings

• Go to Settings in the left sidebar
• Select Data under Account

Exporting Your Data

Download all your team's data:

• Click Export Data
• Wait for the export to generate
• Download the Excel file

The export includes:

• All contacts
• Conversations with messages
• Knowledge base articles
• Data from all brands

Use this for backups or when migrating to another platform.

Deleting Your Team

Permanently delete your entire team and all associated data. Only the team owner can perform this action.

Before deleting:

• This action cannot be undone
• Your entire team and all member accounts will be deleted
• All brands and their configurations will be removed
• All contacts, conversations, and messages will be permanently deleted
• All knowledge base articles will be removed
• All API keys will be revoked immediately
• Your subscription will be cancelled

To delete:

• Scroll to the Danger Zone section
• Click Delete Team
• Enter your password to confirm (or type "confirm" if you signed up with Google)
• Click Yes, Delete Team

This is a GDPR-compliant deletion that removes all team data from our servers.
