Exporting Reports

Download your analytics data for offline analysis.

Exporting Analytics

  • Go to Analytics
  • Set your filters (time range, brand, category, etc.)
  • Click the Export button in the top right
  • Download the Excel file

Export Contents

The exported file includes all metrics currently visible:

  • Assignment and telemetry data
  • SLA performance metrics
  • Response and resolution times
  • CSAT and NPS scores (if enabled)

Data reflects your selected filters and time range.

File Format

  • Format: Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx)
  • Filename: analytics_export_YYYY-MM-DD.xlsx
  • Multiple sheets for different data types

Use Cases

Team reviews: Share performance data in meetings.

Executive reports: Create presentations with exported data.

Trend analysis: Import into other tools for deeper analysis.

Compliance: Keep records of support performance.
