Using Shortcuts
Shortcuts work when:
- You're not typing in a text field
- The inbox is in focus
When composing a message, shortcuts are disabled to allow normal typing.
Slash Commands
In the message composer, use slash commands for quick actions:
/assign- Assign the conversation to a team member/close- Close the conversation/reopen- Reopen a closed conversation/contact- Manage the contact (update details or link a different contact)
Type / to see available commands, use arrow keys to navigate, and press Enter to select.
