Managing Your Subscription

View and manage your Helplane subscription.

Accessing Billing

  • Go to Settings in the left sidebar
  • Select Billing under Account

Viewing Your Subscription

The billing page shows:

  • Current plan name and price
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method on file

Updating Payment Method

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Manage Payment Methods
  • You're redirected to Stripe's secure portal
  • Add, update, or remove payment methods
  • Return to Helplane when done

Viewing Invoices

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Scroll to Billing History
  • View your recent invoices
  • Click View to see invoice details
  • Click Download to get a PDF

Canceling Your Subscription

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. After that, you're moved to the Free plan.

Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

If you canceled but haven't reached the end of your billing period:

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Reactivate Subscription
  • Your subscription continues as normal

Trial Period

New teams get a 14-day trial of paid features. After the trial:

  • Add a payment method to continue with a paid plan
  • Or automatically move to the Free plan
