Viewing Your Current Plan
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Billing under Account
Your current plan, billing cycle, and next billing date are displayed at the top.
Changing Plans
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan or visit the Pricing page
- Select your new plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete payment if required
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Plan Limits
If you exceed your plan limits:
- Conversations: New conversations may be limited on the Free plan
- Team members: You'll need to upgrade to add more users (Free plan only)
- Brands: Upgrade to add additional brands
- AI credits: Purchase additional credits or enable auto top-up
